Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident and ambitious individuals who are interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development. During this internship, you will gain practical experience in international client communication, lead generation, marketplace bidding, software services sales and digital marketing sales while working with experienced professionals on real projects.


Requirements

  • Business & Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of Business Development and Sales.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client communication.
  • Good internet research and lead generation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of CRM or sales pipeline management is a plus.

  • Good English communication skills (Written & Spoken).
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Software Development, Website Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, AI or Digital Marketing services.
  • Experience with lead generation, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach or social media communication.
  • Basic understanding of international marketplaces will be an added advantage.
  • Previous internship or sales experience will be considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads from international marketplaces and the local market.
  • Prepare and submit proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and similar platforms.
  • Communicate with international and local clients to understand project requirements.
  • Promote Inforisen's Software Development, Website Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, AI and Digital Marketing services.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations and sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the technical team regarding client requirements.
  • Maintain daily lead reports and sales activity updates.
  • Participate in business development meetings, training sessions and sales activities.
