We are looking for a confident and results - driven Senior Sales Executive to generate international business opportunities, manage client relationships, and sell our technology and digital services.
Your Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Find and pursue projects through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces.
Prepare personalized proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently with potential clients.
Develop repeat business, upselling opportunities, and long‑term client relationships.
Coordinate with technical, design, marketing, and project‑management teams.
Your Profile:
- At least three years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling software, websites, mobile applications, digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Experience winning and closing projects through Upwork, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Target‑driven, disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Performance Expectations:
- Maintain consistent daily prospecting, outreach, proposal submission, and follow‑up activities.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and marketplace invitations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and follow‑up schedules.
- Convert new clients into repeat customers and long‑term business relationships.
- Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
