Educational Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA in Accounting preferred)
• - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience Requirements

• - 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience
• - Experience in handling company accounts independently
• - Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• - Experience in handling VAT, Tax, and compliance matters (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• - Prepare invoices and follow up on client payments
• - Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• - Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• - Monitor company expenses and maintain expense records
• - Support budgeting and financial planning
• - Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance
• - Maintain payroll records and employee payment tracking
• - Coordinate with management regarding financial status and reporting

Required Skills

• - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• - Attention to detail and accuracy
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• - Good communication skills
